What we do

From the first call to the final feed

Book a single service or the whole package. When sound, screens, cameras and the stream all come from one crew, the audio your online audience hears is the same clean feed the room gets.

Livestreaming

Multi-camera streams pushed to YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Zoom and Teams at the same time, so nobody has to be in the room to be in the room.

  • Livestreaming on all platforms: YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Zoom and Teams
  • Multi-camera vision mixing with lower thirds
  • Redundant internet with mobile failover

Why Gtech

Live events do not get a second take

We plan for the things that fail (the uplink, the mic, the camera) so the programme runs whether or not the venue cooperates.

One crew, one system

Sound, screens and stream come from the same team, so the audio your online audience hears is the same clean feed the room gets.

Backup on the critical path

Redundant internet, spare mics and a second camera. Live events do not get a second take, so we plan for the things that fail.

Nairobi based, countrywide

We travel with the rig. Conferences at the coast, upcountry crusades and county functions are all in normal working range.

Files, not promises

The recording is handed over after the event and edits land on an agreed date, not whenever the season goes quiet.

How it works

Four steps from your first call to handover

  1. 01

    Tell us the date

Call, WhatsApp or send the form with your date, venue and rough headcount. We will tell you straight away whether we are free.

  2. 02

    Site visit & plan

For anything larger than a boardroom we walk the venue, check power and the uplink, and write the technical plan around your run of show.

  3. 03

    Rig & rehearse

We arrive early, set up, sound check and test the stream before your first guest walks in.

  4. 04

    Show day & handover

Our crew runs the desk for the full programme, then hands over the recording before we strike the set.

Plan your event

Got a date in the diary?

Tell us the venue and the headcount and we will tell you exactly what the room needs, and what it costs.
